Biography

W. Michael Kramer, JD, CFE, a U.S. licensed attorney and consultant, has concentrated on the investigation and civil prosecution of serious fraud and corruption cases throughout his professional career. He is widely recognized by his peers and professional organizations as one of the leading experts in the field.

Previous experience

Special Attorney, United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Organized Crime and Racketeering Section, assigned to the investigation and trial of fraud and corruption cases throughout the United States.

• Author of a text and numerous professional articles on fraud and corruption, and training materials, interactive software and CD-ROM self-study programs on contract and procurement fraud.
• Presented scores of training programs to corporate, professional and law enforcement groups, including the ACFE, the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the AICPA, the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), many U.S state and federal law enforcement agencies and Inspector's General, "Big Five" accounting firms and multi-national corporations.
